      Its been a tough week cycling to work with the sub zero tempratures, however i aim to get my ten sessions in for the week ending 9/1/09. On Sundays show can you say Hi to one of my collegues Mr Bill Salkeld , a fellow bike commuter and running partner. he has quite a sports pedigree ; a english schoolboy soccer player who was signed for Shefield Wednasday soccer club ,as a ronner he has completed 100 marathons and one of lifes good guys.

    Great list all except for one Lance Armstrong. No respect from me. He once said that not ever starting Paris – Roubaix was the greatest regret of his career….given the chance by coming back to cycling, and he still didn’t enter. he is a strong cyclist but a fraud of a human being.
