The oldest CX race in Scotland is Teviotdale Harriers Cup race held up at the local race course [Hawick Moor] every year, four laps of the course, managed to get my hands on this bit of silver in 1979

    That’s an almighty big cup! On par with the Trophy’s given out at Celtic Park or Wembley I reckon! It must have meant something special then and even more so now that you were the proud recipient of it for winning such an arduous race.
    Well done FRR!
